Have you ever been on an adventure?

What was the best moment of your life?

What do you think happens when we die?

Coming: 2027

Everywhere I look, it feels like the world is ripping apart at the seams. Social media is filled with hateful messages, news outlets spout nothing but partisan propaganda, and society feels like it’s only one tweet away from civil war. But is this really the truth? Do people really feel nothing but animosity for each other? What is actually going on here?

There are millions of podcasts online right now. Most are largely the same in regards to content. I don’t think we need another platform for celebrities to talk about their morning routines or complain about hot-topic political issues. What I do think we need, is a platform for everyone else.

People. Places. gives a voice to the common citizens of Earth. It’s a remote, boots-on-the-ground style audio journal with the goal of discovering the true heart of humanity. The goal is to visit as many places as possible, and catalog the stories of people from every walk of life. Each week I, Daniel Charles Wright, sit down with a normal, run-of-the-mill human somewhere on the planet, and have a real conversation about the things that really matter.

I intend to cover as much ground as possible, and to expose that the souls of mankind really aren’t that different after all. From the San Francisco Bay, to New York’s Central Park, to a farmer’s market in Kansas, People. Places. will reveal that we really aren’t all so different after all.
